The potential is promising but to realize it safely and sustainably, we need strong coordination, skilled local expertise, and practical safety systems that keep people and the marine environment protected.

The Ocean Centres–Ghana, hosted by the United Nations Global Compact and supported by the Lloyds Register Foundation, is convening a virtual workshop focused on that.
